Our sympatico chef Yvonne Pobel is doing her job with love, dedication and passion. She only works with seasonal and regional products - most of them are from our own farm or farms from the neighborhood.
Yvonne has already won a lot of prizes: 2 Hauben Gault&Millau, a la Carte and Falstaff. Every dinner is something special in your gourmethotel in the alps.

Seniorboss Veronika Geisl loves to bake. Wether delicious cakes, fresh pastries or her famous Apricot-Buchteln. However, her favorite passion is baking bread. Our guests enjoy her bread creations every evening at the Grosslehen dinner.

Our Hotel & Chalet Grosslehen closes for a short-term period to be creative. Only working on the small things makes us better!
Our reception team will be reachable from monday to friday from 8 am - 4 pm.
